PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management is vital to the success of any marine project.  At American Marine Corporation, project management starts with project planning prior to the start of work.  Work elements, safety issues, schedule concerns, budget concerns, and client requirements are reviewed in detail with project field personnel.  We utilize project management and accounting software in tandem to track and control cost associated with a client’s project.  Administrative and Operational personnel work together to provide our Project Managers and clients with accurate, real-time information.
