Formed through consolidation of the three former operating companies of American Divers, Inc., American Workboats, Inc., and North Pacific Construction, Inc., American Marine Corporation has been developed to be a capable “Single Source Provider.”  Combining the challenging disciplines of marine construction, diving, and vessel support under one company has enabled us to further deliver upon our philosophy of “Excellence in Operations.”  With our fleet of vessels, equipment and our staff of over 200 experienced personnel spread between our offices in Honolulu, Los Angeles, and Anchorage, American Marine Corporation has a developed capability to lead a project from initial planning stages through final acceptance.
